TERMS OF SERVICE – COLLAGEN RITUAL

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from our store (the “Services”). In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Collagen Ritual.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our other policies posted on our website (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3) Product information (important)
We sell food supplement products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our website is for general information only and is not medical advice; always consult a healthcare professional if you have questions.
We try to display products and packaging accurately, but colours/appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time.
4) Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is only accepted when we confirm it (for example, by sending an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation and successfully processing payment). We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.
5) Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout (or as described in our Shipping Policy). We may correct pricing errors at any time; if a price is incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you.
If we are not VAT registered, we do not charge VAT. If our VAT status changes, we may update how taxes are displayed/charged at checkout.
6) Shipping, delivery, and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, etc.).
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible (and ideally within 48 hours) with photos so we can resolve it.
7) Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Returns and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where allowed, we may refuse returns of opened food supplements for hygiene and safety reasons.
8) Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are non-transferable and may be limited to one per customer/order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.
9) Intellectual property
All content on the Services (including logos, product names, designs, text, images, graphics, and videos) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
10) User content (reviews, comments)
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for operating and marketing the Services. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
11) Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Services (including attempting to hack, scrape, disrupt, or access areas you are not authorised to access) and not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.
12) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or data) arising out of your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
14) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website/policies page with the updated date.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
