Returns (change of mind)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, email us at collagenritual@gmail.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the item. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or proof of postage where appropriate, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged / incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable

Opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
